Erick Niebla is Dental Whale’s Practice Solutions Focus Area Leader encompassing Dental Whale Marketing and Scheduling. Erick has over 20 years of customer service experience in a call center environment with significant experience in healthcare operations.
Erick joined Dental Whale from MDLIVE, where he was responsible for all customer service operations with a focus on leveraging technology and new processes to deliver more efficient and scalable consumer solutions.
Erick is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and has managed projects achieving Corporate Presidential Awards for developing solutions that maximize efficiencies, cost savings and increasing data quality.
He shares a passion for electronics, muscle cars, and aircrafts. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 21 years and three children traveling to different theme parks and hiking across the United States.
