Joe Cavaretta joins the Dental Whale Executive Team with 23 years of industry experience, the last 17 years working for Henry Schein in several different leadership positions. In 2006, Cavaretta became the first Director of Sales for Henry Schein in the dental division, utilizing his strong fiscal management, problem solving and leadership skills in the role.

Brian started with Dental Whale in 2016 after serving in a variety of finance-related roles. Brian started as an analyst at Lehman Brothers in their Global M&A group, specializing in Healthcare. He then spent time working in private equity for Sun Capital Partners and Palladium Equity Partners focusing on restructuring and growth equity.

Russ Baker’s extensive, industry-specific experience in guiding service and sales teams, as well as developing fruitful marketing strategies has been the driving force of his success. His solid background in dental supplies and equipment, in addition to his strong ability to lead, is an asset to his role as equipment and service leader at Dental Whale.

John has over 25 Years of leadership, business, people development & entrepreneurial experience. He thrives on motivating people to build the bridges that will take them from the “here and now” to “a successful tomorrow”. From his early days in the U.S. Navy, John has been fascinated with human achievement and the desire to be a part of something great.

Dr. Leune graduated from UT Health Science Center School of Dentistry in 2005. For the last 8 years, Dr. Leune has lectured to thousands of dental professionals & executives sharing his proven systems and marketing and practice design. He has been featured in numerous dental publications and listed as the ‘most-subscribed-to-person’ on DentalTown.

Laura has committed years of study to learning how to manage and empower team members and is the founder of Front Office Rocks, the leader in on-demand training for dental practices. Laura witnessed first-hand that continual training was missing in the dental practice and built Front Office Rocks to be a 24/7 virtual resource for dental practices.

Stephanie is responsible for growing group practice and strategic partnership sales at Dental Whale. Overseeing Dental Whale’s Supply Coaching team, Stephanie helps Dental Whale Members set, audit, and achieve their supply spend goals. Over her 20-year career in the dental industry, she has held account and sales manager roles with implant, perio, pharmaceutical, and dental distribution companies.

Amy Bridger has worked in the dental industry since 2013 and brings an extensive knowledge of the dental industry. She prides herself in helping customers realize areas of improvement within their procurement, marketing, and operational strategies. After 6 years at Harvey Schein, Amy came to Dental Whale in 2020 to launch and lead our Strategic Partnership Division.

An expert in partnering with healthcare professionals to develop and execute the vision for their business and practice, Shawn has 15+ years of capital equipment sales experience and currently leads the sale teams for Dental Whale Equipment Solutions and Dental Fix Equipment. In addition, Shawn is accomplished in guiding DSOs, GPOs, and CHCs to develop and maintain dental equipment formularies.

Maryam Aaronson joins the Dental Whale team with 19+ years in the Human Resources field. She has a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a PHR certification. Prior to joining Dental Whale, Maryam worked with HairClub for 16 years and achieved organizational results by aligning the people strategy to the business strategy.

Darrine Miller has been with Dental Whale since the very beginning. Joining Dental Fix in 2010, Darine’s 21 years of experience as an entrepreneur, leader, and strategic thinker has solidified Dental Fix as one of the top repair companies in the nation. The expertise she gained while fulfilling many roles within the brand throughout the years serves her well as the Dental Whale Operations Leader.

An adept and driven finance leader with diversified experience in financial reporting and controls, Darrine is great at streamlining accounting operations and enhancing processes to optimize productivity and profitability.

With over 30 years experience in the dental industry and dental sales (including roles at Henry Schein, Benco, Vatech and Carestream Patterson), Tony brings his first-hand repair experience to his role as Director of Service and Handpiece Repair, making sure we can help dentists across the USA get back up to full-speed as quickly as possible.
